About the Role

The Account Executive will identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted markets
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to contract closure
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present product offerings to clients through demonstrations and meetings
  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with new clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track all sales activities using CRM tools
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in strategic planning for market expansion
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation initiatives
  • Support customer onboarding during post-sale transition
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmap and features
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing accounts
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions
  • Align sales strategies with overall business goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during sales operations

Nice to Have

  • Prior work with API-first platforms
