Responsibilities
- Overseeing the creative and production workflow for assigned clients
- Supporting client relationships from initial planning through execution of direct mail campaigns, including securing approvals and payments for mailings
- Pulling data such as counts and mailing lists from VAN or external data providers
- Creating and overseeing budget development and management
- Writing and designing direct mail, digital content, and client proposals
- Managing the full client onboarding and offboarding process, from contracts to invoicing
- Providing proofreading support when required
- Completing all duties associated with account team operations, depending on team capacity
