Responsibilities
- Lead the initial stage of the sales process by identifying, evaluating, and cultivating new prospects through cold calling and outreach campaigns via email, social media, and marketing initiatives.
- Research and map key enterprise accounts to develop tailored and effective engagement strategies.
- Demonstrate strong enthusiasm for mastering sales fundamentals, including industry trends, buyer personas, client needs, and qualification techniques.
- Achieve proficiency in lead discovery tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source contacts and compile targeted prospect lists.
- Work closely with Account Executives to shorten the sales cycle and increase conversion rates through coordinated efforts.
- Represent the company’s mission, brand, and core values professionally and consistently in all interactions with potential clients.
- Commit to continuous personal and professional growth with ongoing support and coaching as part of the Sales Development team.
