About the Role

The Account Coordinator will assist in managing direct mail projects, ensuring accurate scheduling, client communication, and coordination across creative and production teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for direct mail campaigns
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients
  • Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly
  • Prepare and proof client materials before distribution
  • Manage file organization and document version control
  • Assist in scheduling vendor communications and print production
  • Support account teams with client meeting preparation
  • Monitor project budgets and flag discrepancies
  • Respond to client requests promptly and accurately
  • Ensure compliance with postal regulations and mailing standards
  • Facilitate approvals and feedback cycles
  • Maintain campaign calendars and deadlines
  • Troubleshoot issues during production phases
  • Update project management tools with real-time status
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and campaigns
  • Coordinate sample reviews and quality checks
  • Track mailing schedules and delivery estimates
  • Support reporting efforts with accurate campaign data
  • Communicate changes in scope or timelines to team leads
  • Ensure brand consistency across all client materials
