Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Client Relationship Managers in overseeing client contracts, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, including registration on the customer portal and submission of initial flight hour data.
- Track client reporting deadlines and verify submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Address standard client questions about payments, account changes, portal access, and live chat support, directing communications to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure incoming calls and emails to the customer service line are properly assigned to relevant account contacts.
- Work with Accounting and Credit & Collections teams to monitor overdue payments and contribute to collections reporting.
- Keep client information current in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and internal data systems.
- Produce reliable reports that support customer service goals and operational improvements, shared with leadership.
- Facilitate contract renewals and transfers by coordinating with account managers and contract specialists.
- Contribute to special initiatives and process enhancements aimed at improving service delivery.
- Carry out additional duties as needed by the team or management.
