Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and surpass sales targets in private practices, community clinics, and hospital systems.
- Assess customer requirements in training, clinical support, operations, and billing, then connect them with relevant internal resources.
- Deliver expert instruction on anatomical structures and injection techniques, using precise terminology to guide best practices and safety considerations.
- Educate residents, fellows, and hospital staff on clinical protocols and proper injection methodologies.
- Partner with fellow specialists to promote approved product uses and coordinate training sessions for medical trainees within healthcare institutions.
- Follow all company guidelines, submit required documentation, adhere to promotional regulations, and manage field resources responsibly.
- Leverage internal sales tools and data analytics to increase product performance and align with the U.S. Marketing Plan objectives.
