About the Role

The Account Administrator - APAC will manage and support customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and assist with order processing while building long-term customer relationships at think-cell Software. This role works closely with the outbound sales team and operates within a flat, collaborative international team structure.

What You'll Do

  • Represent think-cell in all inbound communication
  • Respond to incoming email inquiries and calls and help customers when purchasing licenses and placing their orders
  • Work together with the outbound sales team to identify and move forward opportunities and clear administrative obstacles for closing a sale
  • Focus on building long-lasting customer relationships, as most first-time customers become recurring customers

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing, well-spoken, and have some understanding of computer technology and office software
  • Willingness to work on-site in the office 4 days per week, with 1 remote day
  • Fluency in written and spoken Japanese and English
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Open and outgoing personality
  • Passion for working with interesting customers & coworkers

Nice to Have

  • University degree or professional training
  • Experience in administrative support roles
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce)
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech environment
