The Account Administrator - APAC will manage and support customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and assist with order processing while building long-term customer relationships at think-cell Software. This role works closely with the outbound sales team and operates within a flat, collaborative international team structure.
What You'll Do
- Represent think-cell in all inbound communication
- Respond to incoming email inquiries and calls and help customers when purchasing licenses and placing their orders
- Work together with the outbound sales team to identify and move forward opportunities and clear administrative obstacles for closing a sale
- Focus on building long-lasting customer relationships, as most first-time customers become recurring customers
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, well-spoken, and have some understanding of computer technology and office software
- Willingness to work on-site in the office 4 days per week, with 1 remote day
- Fluency in written and spoken Japanese and English
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Open and outgoing personality
- Passion for working with interesting customers & coworkers
Nice to Have
- University degree or professional training
- Experience in administrative support roles
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce)
- Experience in a SaaS or tech environment
