Continental, one of the largest automotive suppliers, is offering a Bachelor's or Master's Thesis in Human Resources. You will focus on optimizing the process for applying for public funding (SGB) to support inclusion and accessibility in the workplace. This approximately 6-month project provides a deep look into the daily operations of an international industrial corporation.
What You'll Do
- Define relevant funding opportunities, funding bodies for industrial companies, and individual funding requirements.
- Derive actionable recommendations to further develop the existing funding concept.
- Develop a holistic approach for the efficient implementation of the funding concept, considering developments and trends like AI and time-limited funding programs.
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in a degree program in Social Economy, Social or Economic Law, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Management, or comparable fields.
- Secure handling of common MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form are mandatory.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Strong communication and abstraction skills.
Nice to Have
- Good English skills for internal corporate communication.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. The written thesis can be completed remotely, but on-site work in Korbach, Germany for necessary surveys and assessments is required.
