Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality in-store experience for every customer
- Serve as the primary supervisor on the sales floor
- Coach and support Brand Representatives and Stock Associates
- Maintain efficient and organized store operations
- Enhance sales performance through exceptional customer engagement
- Support the team in meeting daily sales goals

- Weekly schedule will vary, with a minimum commitment of 12 to 16 hours per week
- Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays
- Hours may increase during peak business periods to meet operational demands
