Responsibilities
- Design and implement ABAP programs and custom SAP solutions, including testing and ongoing maintenance
- Enhance and build reports, interfaces, forms, function modules, and object-oriented classes
- Define and manage Data Dictionary components such as tables, structures, and data elements
- Develop ABAP code using object-oriented principles in compliance with SAP standards
- Optimize database access through Open SQL and leverage HANA-specific technologies
- Implement and support CDS Views, AMDP procedures, and OData services as needed
- Handle transport management and assist in deployment across multiple SAP systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in custom SAP developments
- Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand and deliver on requirements
- Produce technical documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
