Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of test automation, starting from an empty repository to develop a system-level, black-box test suite that interacts with the platform via browser and HTTP.
- Establish and enforce testing standards, including naming conventions, locator strategies, page object design patterns, test data management, code review criteria, and handling of flaky tests.
- Develop a custom test automation framework using C# and Playwright's .NET libraries.
- Embed quality assurance checkpoints into CI/CD workflows, including pull request validation, release approval gates, and test reporting within Azure DevOps.
- Independently validate outputs generated by AI tools, ensuring correctness of application behavior and alignment with unit tests produced by development teams.
- Ensure test coverage for tenant-specific isolation scenarios and mobile interfaces built with MAUI Blazor Hybrid.
- Train and guide manual QA teams in adopting automation practices, with a focus on Playwright fundamentals and sustainable test development.
