Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes for IT spending.
- Generate financial reports, update management dashboards, and monitor key performance indicators each month.
- Perform analysis to identify and explain variances from budgeted amounts.
- Contribute to financial digital transformation by testing new software and enhancing current systems.
- Carry out pilot tests and resolve issues related to financial applications and reporting tools.
- Assist end-users in adopting new financial tools, communicate updates, and gather input for enhancements.
- Support the management and approval of purchase orders.
- Execute structural updates to master data, including setting up and reviewing Business Units and clusters, and track their status
