Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage OpenShift container platforms
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Ansible scripts
- Troubleshoot cluster performance and networking issues
- Maintain system security and compliance standards
- Collaborate with development teams on deployment strategies
- Document configurations and operational procedures
- Support CI/CD pipeline integration with container platforms
- Monitor cluster health and resource utilization
- Implement backup and disaster recovery processes
- Optimize container orchestration workflows
- Enforce access controls and identity management
- Upgrade OpenShift environments following release cycles
- Integrate logging and monitoring tools
- Resolve incidents related to container runtimes
- Ensure platform scalability and high availability
- Participate in on-call support rotations
- Review system architecture for technical alignment
- Assist in migration of legacy applications to containers
- Apply infrastructure-as-code principles consistently
- Work with storage backends for persistent volumes
- Coordinate with security teams on vulnerability patching
- Validate configurations against compliance benchmarks
- Support audit preparation and evidence collection
- Contribute to automation framework improvements
- Provide technical guidance during peer reviews
