Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders on software-related aspects from initial acquisition through final product release
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables to meet established quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks
- Evaluate customer specifications, resolve ambiguities, and finalize documentation with input from engineering teams
- Initiate and monitor software development tasks assigned to engineers, ensuring progress tracking
- Support team growth by providing timely feedback and developmental guidance
- Guide project teams in resolving technical challenges to meet key milestones and maintain product quality
