Responsibilities
- Operate within the Order Management System and Shop Floor environment
- Collaborate with Plant Shipping, Shag Service, and Traffic operations
- Coordinate shipping schedules, dates, and destinations with the Traffic Department
- Record Available and Outbound times in the Shop Floor system
- Keep accurate records in the Outbound Logs
- Weigh trucks entering and leaving the facility and maintain related documentation
- Support security operations as required
- Serve as backup for Load Planners when necessary
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
