Responsibilities
- Offer expert technical direction on maintenance procedures, evaluations, and integrated systems aboard naval vessels
- Partner with a specialized team dedicated to sustaining and enhancing the reliability of the SSEE system
- Evaluate and address fleet communications related to Feedback Reports to ensure uninterrupted operations
Requirements
- Practical experience with U.S. Navy 3M maintenance protocols or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- RCM Level II certification is mandatory
- Eligibility to acquire and retain a TS/SCI security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Nice to Have
- Background in diagnosing and resolving issues in C5ISR systems
- Highly desirable experience with SSEE Increment E, SSEE Increment F, or the Tactical Cryptologic System (TCS)
- Prior active-duty U.S. Navy service as a Work Center Supervisor or 3M Coordinator
- Active-duty experience as a Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM) in the U.S. Navy
- Proficiency with Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs), Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs), and Feedback Reports (FBRs)
- Previous experience supporting shipboard maintenance, inspections, or readiness operations
- Knowledge of Navy logistics and technical documentation systems
- CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively across diverse teams
- Advanced problem-solving skills and experience producing detailed technical documentation

- Travel is expected to be minimal, less than 10%
