Flatgigs is hiring a 3D Concept Designer for a 2-month contract to transform early ideas into sharp, prototype-ready visuals for a new truck exterior. This sprint focuses on creating the first proof-of-concept, delivering high-quality assets suitable for prototype-grade manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Own the complete design of the truck's exterior.
- Deliver high-quality 3D models and detailed renderings.
- Create designs suitable for prototype-grade manufacturing at the POC level.
- Deliver clean files ready for engineering and production teams to explore further.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in 3D modeling & rendering.
- Ability to create realistic exterior surfaces, lines, and proportions.
- Experience working with prototype-ready designs.
- Fluency in tools like Blender, Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Maya, Fusion 360, or equivalents.
- A strong portfolio showcasing vehicle, product, or tech hardware design.
- Ability to work independently and hit deadlines within a tight 2-month window.

- Experience in transportation, industrial design, or automotive.
- An engineering or automotive background.
