Responsibilities
- Lead, assess, and guide production staff during assigned shift to carry out tasks in alignment with company standards and protocols
- Maintain consistent communication with USDA representatives as required
- Promote a work culture focused on safety, high productivity, operational efficiency, and product quality
- Ensure all team members receive proper onboarding and ongoing job-related training
- Oversee maintenance and sanitation of machinery, tools, and facilities to support uninterrupted production
- Collaborate with peer supervisors and leadership to enhance teamwork and operational effectiveness
- Attend scheduled and ad hoc meetings as required
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned or necessary based on operational demands
Compensation
Salaried position eligible for quarterly incentive pay; 401(k) with company match after one year; benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage starting after 60 days, paid time off, and company-observed holidays
