Responsibilities
- Monitor live production systems such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), microservices, and CI/CD pipelines through advanced dashboards and proactive alerting mechanisms.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for production incidents and Slack-based escalations, focusing on fast triage, root cause analysis, and timely resolution.
- Continuously update and enhance internal runbooks and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and predictable operations.
- Manage and assist with deployments in production and non-production environments while meeting SLAs and corporate response time standards.
- Work closely with DevOps and software engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring systemic issues, improving platform stability.
- Develop and deploy intelligent automation scripts to minimize manual intervention in routine operational tasks.

The position requires active coordination with teams operating in Central Time, with full participation expected during core US business hours to enable real-time collaboration and agile workflows.
