Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance to the customer during the upgrade process from OSP 16.2.6 to OSP 17.1.
- Quickly address and resolve any identified issues that arise during the upgrade process.
- Collaborate with PPB teams to facilitate upgrades in LAB, QA, and DEV environments.
- Leverage your expertise in OpenStack to support one of our largest and most technical customers.
- Deliver high-quality results and ensure a smooth transition during the upgrade.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OpenStack (OSP)
- Proven experience as an Architect or Consultant with hands-on experience upgrading OSP 16.2.X to OSP 17.
- Strong knowledge of Red Hat OpenStack and its components.
- Ability to work effectively in a technical environment and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in delivering Red Hat OpenStack solutions is highly desirable.
