Qualifications: * Secondary (higher, special etc.) education. * Excellent fluent written and spoken Armenian and English. * Good communication and presentation skills * Ability to create structured documentation * Teamwork skills, ability to take decisions, solve problems independently and in the team and work under high pressure working conditions * Fundamental IT skills – hardware, OS, applications, networking, security. * Experience in deployment and support of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux operating systems, and business software. * At least 2 year experience in supporting user IT devices hardware and software. * Experience using and managing workstations in heterogeneous environment, remote management services, filesharing, collaboration, e-mail and directory services. * Fundamental knowledge of IT procedures and security principles. * Certifications on IT systems administration/support preferred. * Enterprise employment experience preferred.
