Youth for Seva is an NGO established in 2007 to enable youth volunteering in India. Founded in Bengaluru by Sri Venkatesh Murthy ji, the organization believes in the immense potential of youth to drive positive societal change. It fosters a culture of service and leadership through organized volunteering.
The organization works across key areas including education, health, environment, livelihood, and rural development. Programs like Vidya Chetana, health awareness campaigns, livelihood training, and plantation drives aim to create lasting impact. Youth for Seva collaborates with 410 partner NGOs, 140+ corporate partners, and engages nearly 40,000 volunteers annually.
Rooted in the values of Runa (debt) and Yajna (selfless service), Youth for Seva emphasizes gratitude and collective well-being. Its mission is to build a self-reliant society powered by socially conscious individuals through structured and impactful volunteering initiatives.
