The World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) catalyses change across the 2,000 most powerful global companies by assessing and ranking them on their contributions to a sustainable future. WBA measures corporate performance across environmental, social, and governance dimensions through a series of benchmarks.
These benchmarks cover key areas including Climate, Digital Inclusion, Financial System, Food and Agriculture, Nature, Ocean, Social, Urban, and Gender. WBA aims to drive corporate accountability and incentivise companies to improve their sustainability practices.
WBA works with companies, financial institutions, civil society, and public policy makers to promote transparency and drive systemic change. Its assessments are designed to guide and influence corporate behaviour towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
