For over five decades, the organization has worked to create opportunities for individuals, companies, and communities to thrive by embracing belonging and equity.
The organization’s network of services connects individuals’ choices, strengths, and goals with skill-building, employment options, and community living. Viability partners with families, caregivers, and employers to support people in living and working beyond the limits of disability or social inequity.
With programs across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Oklahoma, and New York, Viability serves over 4,300 individuals annually through 34 locations. The organization is committed to inclusion, dignity, and continuous improvement in services and workplace culture.
