OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd is a leading IT services and solutions company in Singapore. It was incorporated on 23 May 1990 as United Software Systems Pte Ltd and repositioned as an IT outsourcing provider in 1997 when IBM Singapore became a majority shareholder.
OPUS focuses on three core business offerings: Enterprise IT Support & Outsourcing, Customer Support Centre Outsourcing, and Enterprise Integration Solutions. The company transitioned to an independent private entity on 1 July 2005 after IBM and Sunway Technology sold their shareholdings.
With a staff strength of around 400, OPUS has expanded regionally, establishing OPUS IT Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia in 2007 and forming partnerships across ASEAN, China, and Hong Kong.
