About New Jersey Economic Development Authority

The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) is the state’s principal agency responsible for driving economic growth and creating jobs. It offers a range of financing and incentive programs to support businesses, real estate development, and strategic industries across New Jersey.

NJEDA provides resources for small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and large-scale commercial projects through programs such as the Small Business Fund, NJ LEND, and the Garden State Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Program. It also supports community revitalization, historic property reinvestment, and emergency recovery initiatives.

The agency fosters economic development through partnerships, grants, and targeted support for key industries, including cannabis, food and beverage, and clean energy, while promoting equitable access and sustainable growth throughout the state.
