IDI supports Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) in developing countries to sustainably enhance their performance and capacity.
The organization works globally to strengthen SAIs through technical assistance, capacity building, and knowledge sharing. IDI focuses on areas such as audit practices, digitalisation, governance, leadership, and sustainability to improve public sector auditing.
As part of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), IDI promotes accountability, transparency, and good governance by empowering SAIs to effectively oversee public finances.
