The International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) series of reference publications are co-created by publishers Global Legal Group (GLG) and a multinational panel of expert legal contributors who together gather, research and publish the primary cross-border legal guidance necessary for law firms, companies, governments and high-net-worth individuals to operate globally.
ICLG covers key areas of law, carefully chosen by GLG and its expert panel of contributing editors from the legal world. Since the first Product Liability edition in 2003, each practice area added reflects the evolution of law alongside the global economy and socio-political events. Recent additions include Digital Business, Cybersecurity and Technology Sourcing, reflecting the rapid digitalisation of the global economy.
ICLG publications are accessible both digitally and in print. The print versions are produced sustainably using certified sources and print-on-demand systems. The content is developed through collaboration between publishers, contributing editors and in-country legal experts, ensuring accuracy and relevance across over 59 practice areas and more than 109 jurisdictions.
