Fence is building the modern infrastructure for asset-backed finance. Today, asset-backed finance is still administered through spreadsheets, PDFs, manual reconciliation, slow drawdowns, bespoke legal and capital-markets processes, and fragmented information between originators, lenders, investors, SPVs, agents, and servicers. This is not just inefficient back office work. It is one of the reasons capital moves slowly, assets are hard to finance, and private credit markets remain less liquid, less transparent, and less programmable than they should be. Fence replaces the spreadsheets, PDFs, and email with modern infrastructure based on APIs, AI, smart contracts and stablecoins. In the near term, this makes Fence the tech-native facility agent for modern asset-backed finance: the operating layer that runs the facility and the SPV end to end.
