EU CyberNet is a network and practical learning platform established to strengthen cybersecurity globally. It brings together top cybersecurity experts from across the European Union to support capacity building and promote a secure, stable, and open cyberspace based on EU values and principles.
The initiative focuses on fostering international cooperation, particularly in regions such as the Indo-Pacific and Latin America, by organizing training programs, workshops, and expert exchanges. It supports partner countries in enhancing their cyber resilience through knowledge sharing, technical assistance, and joint initiatives.
EU CyberNet operates through an Expert Pool of over 500 professionals and a Stakeholder Community comprising national cyber authorities, academic institutions, and cybersecurity organizations. It also runs educational programs such as crash courses, summer schools, and community events to promote continuous learning and collaboration.
Funded by the European Union and managed by the Estonian Information System Authority, EU CyberNet aims to strengthen global cyber capacity through coordinated, EU-led efforts and cross-border partnerships.
