Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, structure, and execution of new features in the iOS application, serving a large and active user base.
- Develop dynamic, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that empower patients to manage their health effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and backend engineering to guide product direction and enhance the mobile experience.
- Ensure high technical standards across the iOS platform by establishing and maintaining best practices in testing, monitoring, accessibility, and performance.
- Proactively find and resolve issues affecting app speed, scalability, and development efficiency.
- Help define the long-term technical strategy for mobile, including improvements to CI/CD systems, monitoring tools, and release processes.
- Support team growth through active participation in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions to promote knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $182,300 to $220,000, plus a competitive equity and benefits package.
