Responsibilities
- Design and implement complete features and minor system components from start to finish
- Improve application speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
- Take ownership of feature delivery and ensure timely, high-quality results
- Communicate technical decisions clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences
- Deliver confident demonstrations to clients and stakeholders to influence project direction
- Lead the development and execution of specific features or project streams
- Guide junior team members in coding standards and development workflows
- Provide ongoing mentorship to peers across the development practice
- Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviews and selection panels
- Perform occasional additional duties as assigned by leadership
